You know it is tough when we can not see the body language to know it if it is a play snap or an I am scared snap or a aggression snap.
How old is she?
What was her attitude when you picked her from the litter? First one to you or last one?
What was her soicalization like before you got her?
She may be scared of him and want him to back off or it could be play just that she does not play well yet. Or a whole boat load of stuff and as we can not see the interaction we can not tell.
Seprate them behind baby gates and let things settle down and if you can get a triner in to see what is going on that may help you feel better about the whole thing.
