Hi everyone! we had such a ball at the pet pageant. sorry to say we did not win, but we had such a great time and we met some wonderful "dog" people. My daughter, Ashley had a blast showing out little "prince". I showed our little "bridgit". we were unable to do the t-birds and pink ladies theme due to the extreme heat. the leather jacket i had for prince to wear was just out of the question....it was so very very hot outside! we were given 2 very beautiful fleece blankets for the babies and my friend did take second runner up in over all beauty puppy class, and grand supreme in the photo contest. it was fun-filled day and we can't wait to try again next year! i'm posting some pics and will post more in a seperate post because i think i can only post like 4 or 5 at a time. if anyone is in the nc area, i highly recommend you attend this pageant next yr in september. all proceeds go to rescue and there are lots and lots of wonderful vendors...(we got some beautiful clothing for our yorkies.)
