its' overwhelming isn't it? Basically you are looking for any food that does not list a bi-product... and does not have any form of gluten. You also don't want it to contain chicken and you want to see as many "whole" ingredients (meat, veggie, starch) as possible listed first. If you go on to the website of the following foods, and look at the ingredients.. you'll see what i mean. everyone has an opinion of what is "best" but jus tmake sure you are feeding a high quality food and you shouldn't see any health issues related to the food
