Here's my advice....Have you tried a Puppia or something similar?? Kobi has probably chewed up 10+ harnesses in his less than two years
, and I'm dumb enough to keep trying!
But now all he wears is his Puppia ALL THE TIME, and he can't chew it
Maybe you've already tried these, but I know for sure he can't get it in his mouth

Oh, Puppia's run about $20 (search for them here or eBay), but they're well worth it. Also, if you can't find them, they recently changed their name to ipuppyone (same brand)...Good luck
