I have to agree 100%! A whelp under the watchful eye of a vet or well experienced breeder at this point is really the best option. This is really a case wehre preparation and research should have been done waaaay in advance of 11 days out--waaaayy before breeding at all really.
Have you had her x-rayed yet? You should talk to your vet and schedule that ASAP. This will give your vet an indication as to if a c-section may be needed, if the pups look as if they are developing too large to deliver naturally.
