try to clean her a little bit but be VERY VERY gentle. i know it really sucks, but i think it's better to be smelly than risking doing some possible damage to the surgery site. (although if it's poop, it might also be bad because possible infection and all if it gets to the surgery site) Call your vet as soon as they are open and ask them about it.

Good luck to your baby, i hope she is feeling ok.
