Oh Girl I am HOT! I teach 5th grade and at my school, that kid would have been expelled. You need to read your school handbook or go to the superintendant. You DEMAND it. Don't let anyone push you over. That's serious stuff. Sounds like the little punk needs to spend some time at home with mom and dad so they can get a big dose of him!
