The trick or treat vest is to match the HK halloween outfit. Although barely noticeable on picture, the "trick or treat" is outlined in glow in the dark thread so when all the lights are turned off, you will be able to read the words  .
I wish I knew how to take pictures of them glowing so if anyone knows how, let me know. |
I've taken pictures of glow in the dark stuff before. You just have to turn off the lights and turn off the flash. They usually turn out blurry though.. :/
