. It depends on what you mean here. How old is this baby? If it is just an irritated anus - then you can use diaper cream or hydrocortisone cream and put gently on the area to soothe it. If this is a prolapsing rectum - where the rectum is actually turning inside out (which I'd doubt, but it can happen), then you need to go to the vet.
