OH that brings back memories. Shorty was my first yorkie, he was 3.5 pounds. When I got married hubby had 2 jack russels. Shorty would bite the back of the females ankles all the time. I think he was just trying to play and her ankles were what he could reach. Not sure why Lexi is being rough with her though. Hope things get better soon.
