I hope everything works out for you and Monty. When ever I am in a "waiting" situation as you are I try to remember that "whatever is meant to be is meant to be".

Maybe you can call the Foster Mom and just have an honest open discussion with her. Explain you feelings, etc. Im guessing that she should be open to your phone calls and understand your concerns.
