One dog has long hair and the other has very short hair.

She only does it when Lucy tries to enter the house from the backyard. Lucy is trained to stop at the door until she is told it is ok to enter. Lexi won't attack if Lucy is just standing there waiting. If Lucy is sitting around or if they are both outside and come inside... it isn't a problem.
