Someone for YT told me to download Intranview...it's a free program...then when you open it up....click on new....or open and find the pics you want to resize....then I think you click on edit...and find the resize button. You will probably have to put in 50% or more sometimes...then try to upload it again on YT...and you'll see how small they need to be...oh yeah when you resize in in Intranview....make sure you hit "SAVE AS" so you don't alter the original photo. I put all my pics I work with on my desk top so I can find them easier.
