I am so sorry! Please don't give up hope, there was just a story in the local paper where I live of a lost Yorkie who was returned after two years. The woman who found him had kept him, but the little guy got out again and was picked up by the local shelter. He was microchipped and when the woman came to pick him up, they checked the chip and found out she wasn't the rightful owner. He was returned to his very happy and grateful family.
