I have used Advantage Multi for day 1 on Nolee. I too find the diarrhea a problem. Seems like about a week after each dose. I also was told by the vet it was not the Advantage Multi. He will not chew the oral heart worm medication, therefore I went with the Advantage Multi. Living her in Louisiana, I dont want to take any chances.
