If you go in winter - it's definitely going to be cold! Make you take coats for them if they'll be outside and if you have a stroller, that'd be great. You can put a blankie in it and your baby can snuggle in.

There's a great store either in Gatlinburg or Pigeonforge that sells pet clothing, too!
