I just found one on ebay that's $10 plus $3 shipping...custom made, I pick the colors. I emailed the seller to see if she can make it smaller than she had listed....fingers crossed!!

Thanks for your ideas! The baby tutu is ADORABLE, I'm definitely going that route if this doesn't work out. And I'll definitely check at Petsmart this weekend too (we only have a Petco in my town, but I'm going to a bigger city this weekend that does have a Petsmart)....I'll check online too.
