My neighbor just impulse bought a Shih tzu from a lady on the side of the road. She knows NOTHING about dogs and is already having a nervous breakdown daily because of her kids. Lucky for her I have 2 Shih tzu books and can help her. I dont mind helping but shes in over her head. And I dont want to know where the baby actually came from. The lady said the dog is registured but I cant understand the papers ( not AKC OR CKC) and only gave a 30 health gaurentee. Thankfully the dog seems intelegent. Oh I forgot to mention its only 7 weeks old and NOT a pound yet!
