I'm certainly no expert; but I've experienced a Mom with 5 in a litter being easily overheating in the days following the birthing. Did she get a shot of oxytocin afterward? I think this affects them for some time afterward as it is forcing the uterus to continue to contract. I would keep an eye on her; make sure she is eating and drinking well, and not showing any signs of distress. Also you seem to be doing a good job at keeping track of the kids weights.
