I always get a quote first. When I make the appointment. I ask how much it will all be. The receptionist usually tells me, and I haven't had this happen to me yet.

I took my cat Misty into the vet today to get a cyst removed from her ear and asked up front and told them to call me if there was going to be any extra charges. They called me and told me they forgot to add in anesthesia, so I said ok. I like to stay in control of exactly what theyre doing to my pet and each thing I'm being charged for.
