i always feel terrible for the puppies in the pet shop near my house. i can't stand the way the animals there are treated. the cages look so uncomfortable. They are wire bottom and some don't even have a blanket to lie on. they are basically sitting in poo sometimes too.
the puppies look sad and the two yorkies i saw last time weren't even energetic! i was in shock because my Moses is so playful all the time. what can be done for these puppies? i feel like i should be doing something to help but i dont know what? i never buy from the shops but i do go & to cuddle with the puppies because I feel really sad seeing them that way. We just had the hurricane Ike here & i couldn't help but wonder if they were left all alone in that shop in the midst of the storm. My puppy whimpered in bed with me because he was so terrified.
