Mine use to do that too...but then i started bringing one of his favorite squeek toys with him (that i would hold), and when he would sit and stop..id squeek it in front of him while giving a little tug with his leash. He'd get up right away and start walking towards it. Now i dont need to carry it anymore cause he NEVER stops!
