Ok, I'm back from my morning walk (first of many, I hope...no, I'm sure!!!) I had my morning cuban coffee (lost of sugar there) but I could not stop cold turkey on my morning coffee

I feel energized, so instead of seating here, I'll go clean up the house...but I'll be back soon, I can't stay away for to long
