Is it squinty or watery?
I would wait for more replies, but could it possibly be a scratch or cut on the eye?
Mia cut her eye just recently and it looked cloudy, but it only looked that way after she came home from the vet after they put some solution in it. If the eye is showing signs that it is cut, this can be very painful for the dog and you should take him to the vet.
