The year before last I started a diet, walking every night, stopped drinking sodas, drinking lots of water, and was relatively easy to loose weight,weight that came back after my surgery (hysterectomy) .
By the end of Oct. we have some friends coming over from out of the country, we have not seen them in a while, and of course I don't want them to see me, with " a few" more pounds.
I got a recipe for the cabbage 7 day soup, I've done it before, only this time I need to loose a bit more.
Can anyone help with ideas?
I know I should go slow, I know crash diets are not healthy, I no I'm going to get all the pounds back..but would you help???
