My Sprocket is 6 mths old and has never touched the baby gate. He's quite tiny and doesn't like heights. We started him in a crate and after about 2 months we started to leave the crate open and he loves it. He is in a very large bathroom all day 8am-4pm without supervision. He is also in there at night. He has all his toys, food, water, paper, crate and big pillow. Soon he will have a girlfriend with him in there who's smaller so hopefully then we can still say no problems...
