I saw an episode of It's me or the dog and she used a horn (like on a kids bike) when they barked and said enough. I have 4 barkers and it has really helped, if they are not really excited I can just say enough now and they stop. If they are really excited then I use the horn and they will stop except my Pom sometimes barks a little. I have been using it for about 4 days and so far so good. I am having a new roof and windows put in starting tomorrow so we'll see if it helps them because I know they will go nuts. |
