You really get used to it. I do feel bad when I wake up in the middle of the night and he follows me to the bathroom. I wish I could tell him that it's alright, just keep sleeping. It is true what they say when they are NOT following you that is when you need to be worried, that means that they are up to mischief.
Dino follows me around everywhere, occasionally I lock him out of my bedroom when I need some alone time, it only lasts a couple minutes because the clawing and barking get on my nerves
I love him to death, and I love that he is so attached to me, I just feel bad disturbing him sometimes.
