They don't carry good food at all! I'm sure the store that carries the Innova will also carry other quality food. Look for any of these:
wellness
Natural Balance (My personal favorite)
Solid Gold
Life's Abundance
Halo
Canidae
Any of those brands in a puppy formula are great
also keep in mind since you are switching from a "Crap" food to a high quality food her tummy is going to be upset for a few days. Her body is cleansing out the bad stuff and adjusting to the good stuff. She will probably have loose stools for up to 5 days but as long as she is eating/drinking/playing normally there is nothing to worry about. Make the transition slowly and the affects will be less severe. Also once she has been on the good stuff for a while you will notice she poops less which is also normal. her body is able to use more of the ingredients in the good stuff and tehre is less "waste"
