I think even the most robust, sane person would get physically and mentally sick if they lived in that house for more than 24 hrs.
You know, this may be way out in left field and dramatic, but I really hope this woman is alive, if still unwell. We're armchair diagnosing someone with OCD (hoarding type) and depression at the very least. And there's such a high incidence of self-harm among individuals with these comorbidities, particularly in this lady's demographic (going by the caption).
