I think that it's a good idea to get them neutered ASAP! Do you have a reputable trainer in your area? It would be worth the money to have someone come in and view the situation first hand, and help you to overcome the problem. It sounds like the first thing you need to do is establish yourself as the pack leader. I wish you the best of luck!
