That is sooo Gracie Ruth too! She loves to run around in the rain, run thru the water sprinkler when we water the yard, run thru every puddle that she see's, even will play in her water bowl and has no desire to be dried off! Just don't put her in the tub for a bath!! Then it's all OH MY GOODNESS YOU'RE KILLING ME! Silly girl. But all is quickly forgiven when she gets to run around like a crazy maniac rubbing herself on everything.

Perhaps you could look into getting him some fleece jammies that have the legs and put a coat or sweater over them for added warmth. They also make boots for dogs, I would imagine if you could keep his feet and body warm he'd be more comfortable outside . The jammies are made in such a way as he would be able to go potty while wearing them. Several YT'ers make them. And of course, please post pictures of him all bundled up for the artic cold.
