I feel for you having a puppy with mats - as my Mac gets them also (I've no idea what kind of coat he has at 6 months of age) and I'm trying to understand what order to use these 3 items in:

First the Cowboy Magic to get the mats out?
Then Shampoo?
Then Conditioner?

Or do I use the Cowboy Magic last - after shampooing and conditioning? Great thread!
