home cooking is really easy once you do it a few times
Keep in mind that nutrical is not a supplement for feeding and you should look into buying one shortly.
I usually buy brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, peppers and put them all in the food processor and then put them in small baggies taht i keep in the freezer and just take out as i need to.
