Yes, things do happen but...let me play devil's advocate here and I'm sure I'll get slammed for it but here goes anyway. Where is your responsibility as the pet owner? You knew you would be in a place around other animals where your dog might mark or have an accident...or at least you should have assumed it could happen. Why didn't you use a belly band? Why should the responsibility only be placed on the booth owner? Sure, he could have done things differently by placing his items on a shelf or something but a stroller is a big item. Maybe he could place a short fence or x-pen around those things the next time and maybe you could use a belly band...then there would be no accident to deal with. To take the stance of 'it's a dog and things will happen' is just wrong in my opinion...why should the booth owners have to just take whatever gets dished out? I think, we as pet owners, have the responsibility to take all precausions to ensure our pets are well behaved in public...I would not take my male anywhere like that without a belly band...boys just can't be trusted 100%.

Not trying to start an argument here but I just don't feel this should only rest on the booth owner.
