Big no-no for septic systems, AND older homes too. I can't flush mine because older homes used small piping....they get stuck, cause everything to back up, and then you get to be embarrassed when the plumber tells you what he dug out that was stopping everything up! I learned my lesson long ago!! If a place I'm living in is remotely older and I'm unsure, I wrap them and toss them in the trash!!!
