I never used to have small dogs, always from a family who had big dogs like golden retrievers and Labs most of the time. This time after the bigger dogs have passed on, I decided to go small, and glad I did! These are very smart little dogs and very easy to train!
Just two weeks ago I had Invisible Fence come over and install a Invisible fence for the 2 Yorkies since I do not have a fence to keep them in the yard and was always having to tie them up on leashes outside only to have them tangle up in each other as they try to run and play, so this way they can run anywhere they want and not be tangled up together. So far after 2 weeks of training the dogs know there bourders and do not go near the flags we still have up for the fence.
I took a couple pics of my Yorkies. The black color one is called a Yorkie Silky, and the tanner one is the Yorkie Terrier.
