I think BUMP is when someone reads your post, but they don't know how to help you or what advice to give, so they are simply posting something/anything so that the thread will go back to the top of page 1 and not wind up on page 2 or 3 or more where the majority of members may not see it.
(The thread with the most recent post is listed first on page one and so...)
Glad your baby is doing better!! Keep an eye on it, as I'm sure you already are, and let us know how everything goes!
