Marie, the throwing up is normal, but I wouldn't let her go too long pushing without the puppy being born. I would prepare to get her to the ER vet just in case. It can take quite a while for them to be born, but once she is pushing, it should happen very soon. The puppy may be too large. Try to keep her calm. Is she pushing all the time?

I am just basing this on the fact that an hour ago she was pushing.
