Has she had a bile acids test? All Yorkie puppies should have a BAT test anyway, but it is especially important for a tiny Yorkie. Liver shunts can cause slow growth. Problems with vaccinations can be a symptom of a shunt, too.

Bile acids tests are easy and inexpensive and will give you some peace of mind.
