I was told he would get a little bigger by the breeder but they could have just been saying that. He seems pretty solid for 2.5 pounds though, he has a compact little body, but it still scares me. Also my husband let him sleep with us the other night and I am terrified one of us will roll over on him. The pup whines and wants to sleep with us but i think he is just too small. Did your yorkie get and bigger and is she doing o.k?
Hello,

My Sophie is so tiny! I cannot leave her playing anywhere alone. I have to constantly watch her or put her in an area where she will not be harmed. She weighs only 2.0-2.5 pounds and she is almost 8-months old now. She has a double set of teeth that has to be removed, but I am nervous about putting her under anesthesia, because she is so little. I love her dearly and always worry that something is going to happen to her. She is in good health, eats and plays well.

I had no idea when I purchased her that she would be so tiny.

Anyway, I wish you well with your baby.
