I hope those of you who haven't signed will sign this petition, this is an important bill, if it gets passed, many states are likely to adapt it. Remember law enforcement officers can't do one thing about the conditions, if the puppymill operators are obeying all laws. This is a short legislature session and the bill must be passed by the end of the year. |
