If you live near a quality pet food boutique or feed store, I'd recommend you try Orijen - many dogs find it very appetizing; another good kibble is Natures Variety Instinct (I feed NV's Raw Frozen). Canned is good for them bc it's less processed and adds moisture. I'd stop the canned immediately. The runs could be from the canned, but you want to eliminate it to see if the diarrhea stops - bc it could also be from something else. If she doesn't firm up, you really need to get her in for a fecal test asap.
In the meantime, you can give her some canned pumpkin to help her diarrhea and some low-fat yogurt.
