Most dogfighters would not return the dog. They would leave it to die or kill it. He would be stupid to return her unless she wouldn't fight and he thought you would believe his story. I don't see how they can prosecute him for dogfighting if there is no proof. It's his word that she got into a fight with another dog. If there are no witnesses he will probably get away with it. |
