We are having sleeping issues at night. Both Mimi and Moose have been sleeping with us in our bed. Mimi is attacking Moose in the middle of the night!

I am thinking about making Mimi sleep in a crate at night.
Would this be horrible of me to make Mimi sleep in a crate and not Moose?
Moose is 2 years and we have had him since he was 14 wks. Mimi is 16 months and we have only had her for a little over 3 months.
