 Brownish red flat with brown specks on belly
Otis has 4 flat brownish red spots on his lower belly that will not wash off. I'm 98 percent sure he doesn't have any flea's. If I pull on the specks they will come out, but the spots won't wipe off. He is licking and chewing at them. He does have allergies and is on hydroxyzine 10mg twice daily. Any thoughts?
