Otis was neutered at 7months, Oliver was neutered at 5 months and they both mark!! I'm lost as to how to stop them. They can go for awhile and not do it, then they start up again. I believe Otis learned from my friends dog, because they were around each other so much when I first brought Otis home. Well when we got Oliver, he learned it from his brother. If anyone has suggestions....I'm all ears.
