Omgosh! What a day! I hope you both feel better soon.
When Mia was young she ate something bad (still don't know what it was) and had runny poo and threw up multiple times. It was very scary, and I felt horrible for her. I took her to the vet and she gave her a shot for her upset tummy and eventually it stopped.
Whenever Mia has an upset tummy, I boil some chicken and that is what I feed her. When she has runny poo, I mix a little white rice into her food.
