More than anything I'm *bumping* this thread for you, as I don't find myself qualified.

But also, just my two cents, that should not happen with a switch of food, gradual or not. If anything, it's usually runny poo. I would take him to the vet right away because if this continues he could very easily get dehydrated, and also, I would think something else is wrong besides the food switching.
