I put this post up once before, but someone asked for a photo and I didn't have it at the time. When you first get your baby, they are chubby little balls of fur. Then the time comes when you give them a bath and they get their "natural yorkie part" down the middle of the back. Like my daughter (who cried when this happened to Mika), I tried to fluff Maya back up and hope that it would go away.....but no, it is def there, the infamous "Yorkie Part", which denotes..... dare I say it....."growing up".

My baby is growing up. Sometimes I hate that it takes so long for them to stay with family before you can get them from a GOOD breeder, but so be it. YOu miss so much of the baby weeks that way. It seems like I just picked her up, and now she has that PART. The one that means her hair is beginning to drop to the floor in the signature yorkie style.....
